Client: Seattle Children’s
Application: 24-page quarterly magazine
Role: Visual Designer
Materials: print, digital
I had the amazing opportunity to revamp this magazine from front to back. First, I researched all the magazines for children’s hospitals across the country. I looked at how the magazine was being used – who the audience was, how often they received it, what other publications they received, and how this one fit in. Then I evaluated what I liked, what I didn’t like and worked with the managing editor to ensure it was fluid with the content. I came up with options that were photo based, simple, and elegant in design. This is the one our leadership team went with and I couldn’t be happier.
