I am currently working as the Senior Graphic Designer for Seattle Children’s, a nonprofit hospital that serves the Washington, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho region. I am on the brand development team and am in charge of the visual brand for the organization. I updated the brand and set brand standards and guidelines for others to follow.

For five years previously, I worked full-time as the Creative Manager for The Mountaineers – a nonprofit connecting people with the outdoors. During that time, I refreshed their brand, updated their logo, and managed the content and design of their magazine, Mountaineer (2014-2018). My favorite part of the job was finding ways to help share the stories of adventurers, conservationists, and explorers of the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Previously, my work was focused on land conservation at The Trust for Public Land as their Senior Marketing Associate. Before that, I worked at the Woodland Park Zoo as a graphic designer, where I re-designed their zoo map and created environmental signage for the zoo grounds.

I have a degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Seattle and I recently finished a Master of Communication in Digital Media at the University of Washington.

I love art, travel, good food and understanding others. I am a passionate volunteer and enjoy working with organizations whose mission I support. My passions have taken me around the world. I’ve explored the Middle East, North and West Africa, SE Asia, and South America. I’ve climbed the tallest peaks in Japan, Iceland, and Morocco. I lived and volunteered in an orphanage in Nepal, and taught English in both Laos and Ghana. My trips are focused on volunteering, mountaineering, and homestays to truly connect with others and experience lifestyles different from my own.
